Disciplined Startup Founder is a print-on-demand title and cannot be returned after shipping. Cancellations received before the item is printed will be processed and refunded. Cancellations received after the item is printed will be charged in full.

Refunds

Partial refunds are granted when there are obvious signs of damage upon delivery. Send an email with a photo of the item in the packaging it arrived in clearly showing the damage on delivery. Only regularly priced items are eligible for partial refunds. Sale items and items bought with a discount code are not refunded. If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged for the same item. To exchange an item send us an email at {email address} and mail your item to: {physical address}. A new item will be mailed to you when your damaged item is received.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
